B. REGULATIONS OF GOLF PLAY

1. NUMBER OF PLAYERS IN A GROUP

1.1 The minimum number of players permitted in a group is 02 (two) and the maximum number of players permitted is 04 (four).

1.2. Single players may be joined with other players to make up a group.

1.3. A 02 (two) player group may be required to play together with additional players if deemed necessary by the Manager.

 

2. HANDICAP AND SCORE CARD

2.1 The Manger has the right to refuse any player without a handicap from playing on the course.

2.2 For Member, the caddie will hand in the Member’s scorecard at the end of every round regardless of their performance.  Members will receive an official handicap after recording 20 rounds scored.

2.3 For Non-Member, the Club will also provide a handicap if they request and pay the related fees as regulated by the Club.

 

3. TEE TIME

3.1 Members have priority in reserving tee times and caddies.

3.2 Tee times may be reserved by telephone, email, or in person, and must be confirmed.

3.3 Tee times and caddies can be reserved up to 08 (eight) days in advance for play and must be reserved at least 01 (one) day in advance.

3.4 Only tee times that appear on the tee time reservation sheet may be reserved.

3.5 Member and guest without a reservation may still be able to reserve a tee time on-site at the Club depending on the actual situation on the course at the time of reservation.

3.6 Each Member may only reserve 02 (two) tee times per day.

3.7 Corporations and individuals who wish to organize a private tournament, or tourist companies that have signed golf agency contracts with the Company must schedule all reservations and arrangements at least 14 (fourteen) days in advance.

 

4. CANCELLATIONS

4.1 Cancellations must be made at least 24 (twenty four) hours in advance.

4.2 Cancellations must be sent by email to the Club in order to be properly recorded and confirmed.

4.3 Any Member or guest who reserves a tee time but do not show up to play (“no-shows”) will receive a violation letter from the Manager

4.4 Any Member or guest who reserves a tee time but does not show up to play (“no-shows”) 03 (three) times will receive restrictions on privileges in reserving tee time and for Member the Membership may be suspended, and guests may be removed from the reservation system according to the Club’s policy.

 

5. LATE ARRIVALS AND PLAYERS WITHOUT RESERVATIONS

5.1 Players are responsible for arriving at the tee 10 (ten) minutes prior to the scheduled tee time.

5.2 The situation of players that arrive late for their tee time or players that have not reserved a tee time in advance will be considered and decided by the Manager.

 

6. PACE OF PLAY

6.1 Pace of play is set at 02 (two) hours and 15 (fifteen) minutes per nine holes.

6.2 Players must keep up with the group in front of them.

6.3 Groups that fall behind will be advised to improve their pace of play by the Marshals.

6.4 The Manager reserves the right to move groups if they are not able to catch up their pace of play after being advised.

6.5 Groups may stop for breaks at kiosks, but only if it does not hold up the overall pace of play.

6.6 Slower groups are obligated to allow faster groups to play through.

6.7 Players who repeatedly hold up the pace of play will receive a letter from the Manager and may receive restrictions on reserving future tee times.

6.8 The “Call Up” practice may be applied by the Marshals on par 3 holes in order to maintain pace of play on course.

 

7. GOLF CARTS

7.1. Anyone who drives a golf cart should have a valid B1 driver’s license or equivalence.

7.2 Care of the golf cart is the sole responsibility of the player.

7.3 The player is responsible for any damage to the golf cart, Club property, player’s property, or injury to any person as a result of improper operation of the golf cart.

7.4 If a caddie drives the golf cart at the request of a player, any damage or injury that occurs as a result is the sole responsibility of the player.

7.5 A maximum of two players, two caddies and two golf bags may ride on one 2-seat golf cart at a time.

7.6 Golf carts must be driven on the cart path at all times or following any special instructions posted at the hole. Members or guests who do not follow the cart rules may lose golf cart privileges for the day without recompense.

 

8. SAFETY ON THE GOLF COURSE

8.1 Players must ensure that their shots do not endanger anyone in their vicinity.  Players must ensure other players are not within their reach before play.

8.2 If players feel that their  shot is going to endanger someone, they should call out the word “Ball!” or “Fore!” to signal others in the vicinity of the impending danger.

8.3 The following rules apply in the case of lightning:

  1. All Members, guests and caddies must immediately cease play and head to the nearest kiosk when lightning is present or when hearing the warning siren of the Club

  2. Caddies are not permitted to follow any request from players that violate the above items. Any caddies who break this regulation may be terminated, as well as be held responsible for any damages caused as a result of the violation.

  3. Play will only resume when the Manager indicates that it is safe to continue with three short blasts of the siren.

 

 

9. MANAGING GOLF PLAY

9.1 The Manager has authority over tee times and pace of play.

9.2 All players must follow the directions of the Manager in charge at any particular time and all regulations of the Club.

9.3 A player has the right to bring to the attention of the Manager to consider and react fair resolution if the player does not agree with any directions issued by the Club’s employee.

 

10. GOLF COURSE ETIQUETTE

Players must always be polite while on the course.

10.1 The Spirit of the Game

  1. Players must understand and completely abide by the rules of golf.

  2. Players must always be honest with themselves and other players. All players must conduct themselves in a disciplined manner, demonstrating courtesy and sportsmanship at all times, irrespective of how competitive they may be. 

10.2 Courtesy on the Course

  1. Players must refrain from loud conversations on the telephone and with others nearby as the Article 10. & 13. of Part A.

  2. Always stand to the side of the line of play and never directly behind the line of intended ball flight.

  3. Do not move and keep quiet while another player is preparing or playing a shot.

  4. After finishing a hole, immediately move on to the next tee. Scoring and discussions should take place on the way to the next tee.

 

11. OTHER REGULATIONS

11.1 All players must have a caddie accompany them on the course.

11.2 Non-playing spectators are allowed to go along with Members on the course but must pay the appropriate fee and follow the dress code.

11.3 Each player must have a set of golf clubs. Sharing of golf clubs is not permitted.

11.4 Players without night bookings who are on the course when it gets dark will be able to finish their last holes under the lights with the permission of the Manager.

11.5 Players are responsible for preserving the condition of the Club property and will be held responsible for any damages they cause.

 

12. NIGHT GOLF

12.1 Night golf will be available as posted by the Club.

12.2. Lights will turn off at the posted time by the Club. No discounts, refunds, or credit for late round will be given for unfinished rounds.

12.3 Night golf may be cancelled due to inclement weather at the discretion of the Manager.

 

13. DRIVING RANGE

13.1 The driving range is open to any player upon payment of appropriate fees as regulated by the Club. Do not bring or use equipment from the driving range at golf course.
