From the back tee, the course measures an impressive 7,519 yards, exceeding standard championship length, and is regarded as the most demanding golf course in Vietnam—where players may require at least 10 more strokes than on any other course in the country.

To reach the green, golfers must navigate rolling fairways with varied elevations, massive sandy waste areas, deep strategic bunkers, and elevated green complexes.
